MEET THE TEAM

Agnes Lech, RN

Aesthetic Nurse Specialist

I am the Founder/ Co-Owner of Lounge of Beauty Medical Spa. I am a licensed Registered Nurse with 30 years of experience. Before opening Lounge of Beauty Medical Spa in 2019, I was a NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) nurse for 23 years. Although I loved my preemie babies, I had a desire to go after my dream career in Aesthetics with emphasis on facial rejuvenation. I worked for various Plastic Surgeons and medical spas, where I learned from some of the best in the industry. I also was a clinical nurse trainer for InMode Aesthetics teaching medical offices and medical spas how to use the latest aesthetic technologies.

My aesthetic approach when treating others is to enhance their best features in the most conservative way to bring out their most youthful and beautiful self. What brings me the most joy is to see the smile of confidence that aesthetic treatments can offer a patient.

Every treatment I perform is specifically tailored to each individual based on the needs, desires and budget of the person. I never want anyone to feel pressured into doing anything they are not comfortable with. I feel I accomplish this to the point where I can gain enough trust from patients who eventually tell me to “just decide” what is best for them. I appreciate the faith that patients have knowing I will always let them leave looking their best and never overly “done”.

As much as I take pride in my work, it is equally important for me to develop a genuine relationship with each one of my patients. To bring a level of comfort to someone else who feels they can share their personal stories is sacred to me and this makes my job fun. I truly feel like I get to see my friends all day long.

I make consistent efforts to keep myself up to date in the aesthetics industry. Continued education is important to me and I attend multiple advanced trainings and learn from many leaders in the industry. I strive to always provide the most effective treatment in the safest manner using advancing techniques to optimize outcomes.

Solomon Laktineh, MD

Medical Director

Dr. Solomon Laktineh has over 30 years of experience in the medical field as a board certified Pediatrician and Neonatologist. His commitment to excellence in every aspect of his practice and passion for meeting and exceeding patients’ needs and expectations has earned him the Patient’s Choice Award for four consecutive years and has been recognized as one of the Most Compassionate Doctors. Dr. Laktineh’s top priority is patient care and satisfaction. This goal is carried through into the Medical Spa where every individual’s experience is of the utmost importance.

In his free time, Dr. Laktineh enjoys quality time with his family, a challenging game of tennis, and the outdoors.

Debbie Alvarez

Esthetician

I became an aesthetician 10 years ago because I’ve always loved skin care. After a fulfilling career with NASCAR and having raised my three children, I wanted to pursue the passion I held for helping people look and feel more beautiful. I think it’s important for an aesthetician to have mastered every available safe and effective technique, so my training included micro-needling, Hydrafacial, dermaplaning, micro-dermabrasion, chemical peels, facials, waxing, and the top medical-grade skincare lines.

I take great satisfaction and pride in educating my clients while customizing a skincare regime to help them achieve their long-term beauty goals. It’s been a dream come true to apply my aesthetician skill set to a World Class Medical Spa. Dr. Laktineh and Agnes have set the tone for exceptional patient care in a warm and inviting atmosphere. I believe that life is too short to not love what you do and where you do it. I’m very blessed to be part of the Lounge of Beauty Long Beach team.
