Agnes Lech, RN
Aesthetic Nurse Specialist
I am the Founder/ Co-Owner of Lounge of Beauty Medical Spa. I am a licensed Registered Nurse with 30 years of experience. Before opening Lounge of Beauty Medical Spa in 2019, I was a NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) nurse for 23 years. Although I loved my preemie babies, I had a desire to go after my dream career in Aesthetics with emphasis on facial rejuvenation. I worked for various Plastic Surgeons and medical spas, where I learned from some of the best in the industry. I also was a clinical nurse trainer for InMode Aesthetics teaching medical offices and medical spas how to use the latest aesthetic technologies.
My aesthetic approach when treating others is to enhance their best features in the most conservative way to bring out their most youthful and beautiful self. What brings me the most joy is to see the smile of confidence that aesthetic treatments can offer a patient.
Every treatment I perform is specifically tailored to each individual based on the needs, desires and budget of the person. I never want anyone to feel pressured into doing anything they are not comfortable with. I feel I accomplish this to the point where I can gain enough trust from patients who eventually tell me to “just decide” what is best for them. I appreciate the faith that patients have knowing I will always let them leave looking their best and never overly “done”.
As much as I take pride in my work, it is equally important for me to develop a genuine relationship with each one of my patients. To bring a level of comfort to someone else who feels they can share their personal stories is sacred to me and this makes my job fun. I truly feel like I get to see my friends all day long.
I make consistent efforts to keep myself up to date in the aesthetics industry. Continued education is important to me and I attend multiple advanced trainings and learn from many leaders in the industry. I strive to always provide the most effective treatment in the safest manner using advancing techniques to optimize outcomes.
Dr. Steven H. Reynolds, D.O.
Medical Director
Dr. Steven Reynolds, D.O., is a Family Medicine specialist practicing in Long Beach, CA, with 33 years of experience. He graduated from Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1992 and has been affiliated with Memorial Care Long Beach Medical Center. Dr. Reynolds is highly recommended by patients for his attentiveness and helpfulness. Dr. Reynold’s top priority is patient care and satisfaction. This goal is carried through into the Lounge of Beauty Medical Spa where every individual’s experience is of the utmost importance.
“One of my goals as a physician is to build long term patient relationships so that I can better understand how to treat the “whole” patient and to address their health concerns. My main philosophy is to make every effort to treat each and every patient in the same way that I would want my own family treated”
His hobbies include riding and building Harley-Davidson motorcycles and spending time with family and friends. He also enjoys wood-working.
